Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehab

Inova Mt. Vernon outpatient rehab center is looking to add a part time Physical Therapist to our growing team! We offer a collaborative work culture, mentorship and a 1 x1 patient model.

Requirements

• Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely
• Completes daily progress notes
• Completes discharge notes
• Documents clearly, concisely and legibly within established timeframes
• Documents evidence of patient and family/caregiver education
• Contacts families, physicians or other healthcare team members
• Provides educational materials and methods appropriate to the patient's level of understanding and motivation
