Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow Medical Unit Days

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse Fellow to join their Medical Unit, Full Time Days. The role involves performing patient assessments, providing compassionate care, and utilizing innovative nursing practice models. Inova is a nationally recognized institution committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN Fellow will participate in multidisciplinary rounds and assist with instructional sessions for successful completion of the fellowship.

Requirements

• Perform patient assessments to collect basic data.
• Organize, prioritize, and deliver patient care.
• Utilize assessment data and patient preferences to identify patient care needs.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings.
• Accurately document all patient care activities.
• Attends and participates in all learning sessions
• Completes all assignments.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn new skills
