Job Description
Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Part Time Day Shift. The successful candidate will perform patient assessments, follow written plans of care, and deliver patient care to assigned patients.
Requirements
- Perform patient assessments to collect basic data
- Follow written plans of care, standards and practice guidelines
- Utilize assessment data and patient preferences to identify patient care needs
- Organize, prioritize and deliver patient care to assigned patients
- Monitor patients' progress toward expected outcomes and adjust plans of care accordingly
- Accurately document all patient care activities
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings
- Attend and participate in all learning sessions assigned for successful completion of the Registered Nurse (RN) Fellowship
