Job Description
Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Cardiac Care Unit. This is a full-time, day/night, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM rotations with a holiday rotation, a weekend rotation, and a major year of rotations. The role involves patient health assessments, care plan formulation, advocacy, and documentation. Inova is consistently recognized as a national healthcare leader.
Requirements
- Perform comprehensive patient health assessments.
- Formulate individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Conduct patient care in a patient and family centered manner.
- Advocate for patients’ rights and provide counseling.
- Access and coordinate resources to achieve patient outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities.
- Evaluate and revise plans of care based on experience.
