Job Description
Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Medical Critical Care Stepdown Unit. This full-time position offers 3-12 hour shifts, weekend rotations, and a commitment to safety, quality, and patient experience. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are eligible. The team focuses on a 24-bed unit specializing in the care of stable patients, including patients with transplant, kidney disease, and other critical illnesses.
Requirements
- Complete BSN or AD
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Registered Nurse licensure (valid or eligible)
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care units
- Completion of a critical care fellowship strongly preferred
