Job Description
Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit Full Time Night Shift. The patient population consists of those with a variety of diagnoses: ED admissions & Medical/Surgical patients. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are eligible.
Requirements
- Perform patient assessments to collect basic data
- Follow written plans of care, standards and practice guidelines while utilizing pathways under the supervision of an experienced RN
- Organize, prioritize and deliver patient care to assigned patients
- Provide compassionate and empathetic hands-on care
- Accurately document all patient care activities
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings
- Attend and participate in all learning sessions assigned for successful completion of the Registered Nurse (RN) Fellowship
