Job Description
Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join their team, offering full-time night shifts. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality patient care and team performance, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.
- Five Years of critical care or advanced respiratory experience
- BLS from AHA Upon Start
- RRT Upon Start
- Certified in two advanced certs (acls, pals, nrp) or one advanced cert and one specialized (aec, copd, scc, etc) relevant to department operations
- Valid license from the commonwealth of Virginia as a RT
- Two years experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- 5 years of experience with critical care or advanced respiratory medicine
