Job Description
Inova Fairfax Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Sonographer to join the team. This role will be PRN Nights.
Requirements
- Communicates effectively with patients to obtain clinical history and informed consent
- Explains procedures to patients/families and answers any questions
- Assists physicians in performing examinations using standard department protocols
- Recognizes clinical and/or emergent problems and takes appropriate action
- Recent experience in a hospital/healthcare environment as a sonographer or sonography student
