Requirements
- Proven expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimising operational processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Drivers' Hours, Tachograph, and Working Time Directive (WTD) legislation
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and ensuring full compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating, developing, and managing high-performing teams
- Experience in budget management, KPI development, and performance measurement to achieve business objectives
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a proven capacity to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in utilising computerised systems, including Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong numeracy and analytical skills
