Job Description
We are looking for a Transport Team Manager to lead our overnight transport operations at our busy Hatfield site. The successful candidate will oversee and deliver all scheduled transport activity, ensuring on-time performance and service levels are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transport operations
- Working knowledge of transport management systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of drivers' hours and working time regulations
- Transport CPC
- Previous people management experience (desirable)
- A proactive, collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
