Freight Coordinator

InProduction, a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to support transportation operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in freight coordination, logistics, transportation, dispatch, or brokerage operations
• Comfortable working in a computer-based environment for extended periods
• Ability to learn and operate within ERP systems and internal tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active shipments
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up discipline
• Clear communication skills with brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to evaluate rates and service options while balancing urgency and cost
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
