Apprenti(e), Réceptionniste en Hôtellerie

We are looking for a hotel receptionist apprentice to join our Campus Services department at our INSEAD residences in Fontainebleau, France. The role involves learning various jobs in a hotel, including front desk, administrative tasks, and reservations, under the supervision of professionals. The apprentice will be assigned to one of three departments for a period of 4 to 6 months.

Requirements

• BTS Tourism or Hotel Management and Restaurant
• 1st year of apprenticeship: School week 1 & 2; work week 3 & 4
• 2nd year of apprenticeship: Work week 3 & 4; school week 1 & 2
• Excellent mastery of English, spoken and written; French proficiency is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Excellent presentation
