Job Description
CMC is seeking an Engineering Intern to learn about the steel, construction reinforcement, and ground stabilization industries. The intern will gain hands-on experience through cross-training, analyzing data, improving processes, and potentially leading projects. They will work under the guidance of a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and process improvement methodologies.
