Requirements
- Proven editor or proven reporter with excellent news judgment and journalistic success
- Ability to think strategically about team coverage mix and innovate ways to set reporting apart
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Experience developing newer reporters and coaching star journalists
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced newsroom
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and time zones
