Enterprise Account Executive - DACH

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, identify emerging markets, and effectively communicate the value proposition. You will work with a diverse team of 50+ nationalities and have opportunities for internal trainings and personal development. What You Will Do

You will prospect and acquire clients, demo the platform, negotiate and close deals, and provide on-the-ground support for the Sales Development Representative team. You will also present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
• Previous experience with the eCommerce, retail, and banking industries is a plus
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota in a Sales or equivalent role
• Possess knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
• Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams
• Be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English
• Hold a university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
