Business Development Representative (BDR) - (BTS)

Insight Assurance is a global audit firm seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify new sales leads and support the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
• Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market, with a proven track record
• Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy
