Requirements
- High school degree or higher
- 1 year of experience providing direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness or other social issues
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite and HMIS
- Ability to interact with clients of diverse cultural and economic backgrounds
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to provide good customer service and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
