Job Description
The Housing Supervisor oversees Housing Navigators within the SSVF program, ensuring timely and successful housing placements for program participants. This role provides leadership to housing staff, maintains a comprehensive database of landlords and rental properties, and ensures compliance with housing laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Housing Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing navigation, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, or a related housing-focused program
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff or serving in a lead/senior role with oversight responsibilities
