Product Marketing Lead

We're looking for a high-velocity Product Marketer to own the GTM execution of our Work Intelligence product vision in the US and globally. This is a hands-on, high-ownership product marketing role for someone who can operate independently and drive real GTM outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B product marketing
• Chasm-Crossing Mindset: understanding how to lead the shift from selling to early adopters to dominating the early majority
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of human resources, workforce analytics, productivity solutions, and related fields
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
