Insightful is a workforce analytics and productivity platform seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales team in LATAM.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Strong qualification and discovery skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a must
- Familiarity with Nooks, Aircall, and Fathom is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
