Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a motivated Lead Security Officer for its Cincinnati Job Corps Center. The role involves planning and overseeing safety and security programs, supervising Security Officers, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and property. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain a well-managed campus and enforce policies.

Requirements

• Plan, develop, implement, oversee and integrate safety and security programs for the Center and supervise Security Officers.
• Ensure the safety, health, and security of students, staff, and property.
• Supervise Security Officers and coordinate work schedules.
• Administer rules and procedures regulating access to campus.
• Perform foot patrols and conduct investigations as required.
• Maintain environment by monitoring and adjusting building controls.
• Comply with all relevant laws, rules and policies.
