Senior Associate, Supplier Relationship Management

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Supplier Relationship Management on the Global Supply Chain & Logistics team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Supplier Relationship Management, you'll partner closely with Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain with responsibilities including supporting supplier management in key performance metric generation, develop dashboard analytics, support sourcing management process, cost analysis modeling, and contract management monitoring.

What You Will Do

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with internal cross-functional stakeholders across disciplines of Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement and Finance, and interactions with external parties. You'll support supplier selection strategies, prepare and manage request for information and proposals and related bid analysis, communicate and present in group setting, and facilitate review of contracts, and implementation of contracts into the contract management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement procedures and technologies
• Strength in business intelligence tools
• Critical reasoning skills
• Analytical skills with data, perform benchmarking, and financial models
• Ability to operate independently and in a cross-functional team environment
• Proactive, independent, self-starter personality
