Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of multiple projects across our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certifications are highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams to achieve program goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to all levels of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to analyze program data and make informed, data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource management for large-scale programs
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and performance tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and organization
