Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team and enhance our operational efficiency. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering consultants and project managers by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and ensuring smooth project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
