Job Description
As a Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you'll be responsible for leading a team in a bakery on an in-site or home-based shift. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and coaching team members to deliver quality products and a positive customer experience. Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systems experience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
- Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
