Job Description
As a Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the captain of our bakery day or night, predicting business flow and leading a team to achieve productivity and fun. You will provide incredible customer service, support store leadership, and prioritize tasks while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systems experience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
