Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader to own their bakery day or night, providing excellent customer service and maintaining operational standards. The role involves leading a team, managing production, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The company values leadership, customer service, and a fun, collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sales systems experience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
- Detail focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
