Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) at our downtown Raleigh NC store. The MIT will perform as Manager-on-Duty, supervise team members, lead new staff onboarding, and support Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory control.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
- Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
