Job Description
Join Hoosier College and Career Academy as a Virtual Math Teacher, Grades 7-12. Deliver specific course content in a face-to-face and/or online environment. Signing bonuses are available for some positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of teaching experience
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT)
- Active Indiana state teaching certification for appropriate content area and grade level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook
- Internet research methods and report writing techniques
- Ability to read data and determine steps to assist students academically
- Adaptability to learning plans and different needs and learning styles
- Effective communication skills
- Good judgment in decision-making
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation
