Job Description
A collective of companies creating an in-house marketing agency focused on the Web3 and blockchain industries is looking for a visionary CMO to lead its global marketing efforts.
Requirements
- At least one significant tenure as CMO or VP Marketing in a high-growth tech or Web3 company.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of the blockchain ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading global teams and scaling marketing operations.
- Demonstrated success in brand building, community growth, and campaign execution.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate as the CEO’s right hand.
- Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and narrative development.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring impact and optimizing performance.
- Creative and execution-oriented - able to translate strategy into action.
- Fluent English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus.
