Marketing Automation Specialist

A company with the vision to simplify and streamline the work of Managed Service Providers and IT professionals is looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join its team and operate the company's marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end automated email marketing campaigns
• Work with customer engagement tool, Appcues, to design, implement, test and enhance in-product flows
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters, identify target audience segments and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for marketing teams
• Build a cross-channel experience with several touchpoints, like emails, in-product pushes to create automated, triggered, and transactional programs
• Work closely with the RevOps team to carry out necessary changes in Salesforce and seamless integration with Hubspot and other technologies
