Job Description
A successful company in the field of Online Services is seeking for Online Payments Agent. A rare opportunity to integrate into a growing company and one of the largest in the world in its field!
Requirements
- Manage and explore new payment solutions.
- Payments Optimization – declines and rejects handling, order of PM, routing of traffic Monitor of KPIs (daily monitoring of app ratio, decline/reject reasons, chargeback ratio, payments alerts, etc.)
- Payment projects and integrations - escort the product in its whole lifecycle including working with Product, Development, QA and manage the analysis and optimization phases
- Work with the processors on resolving reconciliation issues, technical issues
- Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of PSPs and Banks
