R&D Team Leader

A B-round startup is looking for a R&D Team Leader to spearhead a dedicated Integrations R&D team and drive the development and delivery of the company's extensive plugins offering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams in dynamic startup environments
• Strong technical expertise in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-level programming languages (e.g., Python)
• Experienced in developing distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about fostering a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement
