Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing NOC/technical support team
- 3+ years of experience with Technical Support/Technical Tiers
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Experience with Dockers/Kubernetes
- Familiar with Networking: Firewalls, Basic Network protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP)
- Flexible to cover non-standard work hours and take part in rotations on-call shifts
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to travel abroad up to 25%
