Job Description
We're looking for a VP Engineering to lead our Engineering organization and drive the development of our AI platform and product infrastructure. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading engineering teams in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech startup environments and a strong technical background.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech startup environments
- Background as a hands-on technologist who grew into a leadership role
- Strong architectural experience with distributed systems and cloud environments
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams combining research + development
- Ability to balance innovation with business needs, timelines, and company roadmap
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely and transparently with the CEO
