Activities/ Lifestyle Assistant in Memory Care Part Time Weekends Only

The Activities/Lifestyle Assistant will provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, and visitors while implementing programs that maximize the quality of life for residents in the Memory Care unit. Responsibilities include leading activities, assisting with special events, and providing ongoing communication to the Lifestyle Director.

Requirements

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university or satisfactory completion of two years of college, with major work in recreation, occupational therapy, gerontology or a related field
• Two years of full-time experience in the recreation field with an adult population
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Basic typing skills and computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and creative software
