Analytics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support Inspire's enterprise data initiative by designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

Requirements

• Research, design, propose, build, and implement solutions for initiatives, inclusive of software implementations, custom development, reporting solutions, and workflows.
• Lead and support ongoing activities of administration, configuration, and support of key systems following established practices and processes
• Partner with stakeholders to process analysis and requirements gathering with guidance
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data architecture, data warehousing approaches, and ETL processes to ensure accuracy, availability, and scalability
• Develop and deliver data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
