Maintenance Tech

We're looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services. You'll work with a supportive team, tackling hands-on tasks and ensuring our communities remain a great place to live.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• A valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.
