Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities in top shape. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
- A valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
- Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.
