Field Training Manager - Sonic

As a SONIC Field Training Manager, you will be part of a fun and exciting culture that goes beyond training. You will use your experience and expertise to support our Franchisees through implementing and training national and regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Leads all training activities for new initiatives
• Facilitates virtual and in-person training experiences
• Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions
• Utilizes project management tools and disciplines
• Drives engagement in support of the initiative
• Actively partners to build relationships with cross functional team members
• Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes
• Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees
• Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team
