Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin'

As a Franchise Business Consultant for Dunkin', you will collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve goals for sales, profits, and network growth, while ensuring a consistent and safe brand experience. Your responsibilities will include coaching and influencing Franchise organizations, facilitating Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process, and tracking and reviewing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions.

Requirements

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for Franchisees
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process
• Track and review ongoing data and analytics
• Support Franchisees in understanding remodeling and building new restaurants
• Facilitate communications between Franchisee and cross-functional partners
• Participate with the Field Marketing Team on operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts
• Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed
• Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses
• Complete all responsible administrative functions
