Job Description
The Vice President - eCommerce & Loyalty will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth from $6B digital commerce channels and driving customer lifetime value through loyalty programs. The role will lead the team to define breakthrough strategies for digital eCommerce business and loyalty programs, aligning with each brand's unique positioning and business goals.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Commerce and Loyalty programs
- Proven track record of growing and managing points-based loyalty programs
- Knowledge of Digital Commerce platforms and strategies is a plus
