Technical Solution Owner

We're looking for a Technical Solution Owner to lead and deliver complex technical solutions on time and within budget, managing programs and projects end-to-end in Agile environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery across custom software, data, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and decompose work for delivery teams; experience in technical requirements capture, capacity planning, and Agile frameworks.
• Strong program/project management skills including budget oversight, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to communicate business value of complex technical solutions to business stakeholders to inspire client confidence.
