Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Full Time Early Years Practitioner for September 2026 at Little Chepstow Nursery. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Lead Teacher and the team in the day to day running of the classroom, and will have a sound knowledge of the E.Y.F.S and child development.
Requirements
- A level 3 qualification in early years
- Excellent classroom practitioner who values children
- High, though realistic expectations of the children
- Thorough up-to-date knowledge of the teaching year group curriculum
- IT literate and able to use interactive whiteboard technology
- Committed to making a difference to all children of all abilities and talents
- Supportive and positive in their interactions with team members and pupils
- Excellent levels of appearance, attendance and punctuality
- Involve themselves fully in the life of the school
- Value, and be willing to promote, the caring ethos of the school
