Facilities clerk

Inspired Education is seeking a Facilities Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of the school's facilities and services at Khalil Gibran School Rabat. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Requirements

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school's facilities and services.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers to ensure timely follow-ups on repairs, supplies, and general services.
• Handle staff requests, manage records, and support administrative processes related to facilities.
• Monitor the proper use of equipment and office resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support logistics including room setup, equipment handling, and the smooth running of school events.
• Maintain accurate documentation for procurement, inventory, and service requests.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the Facilities/Operations Manager as required.
