Inspired Education is a global group of premium schools seeking an experienced IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to oversee the delivery and development of the IBDP, while also teaching Business, Economics, or a Science subject. The role involves leading and coordinating the IBDP, ensuring high-quality teaching, assessment, and compliance with IB standards and practices. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and teaching qualification, experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme, and strong organisational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
• Experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme, ideally in Business, Economics, or Sciences
• Previous experience in IB coordination or academic leadership (preferred)
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
