Requirements
- Relevant qualification and demonstrable experience in careers guidance, education or a related field
- Strong understanding of post-16 and post-18 pathways, including university admissions processes and vocational education options
- Experience working with secondary-aged students in an educational or mentoring capacity, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate students, parents and external partners
- A proactive and innovative mindset towards career development, fostering meaningful opportunities for students
