Job Description
Inspired Education is seeking a permanent Talent Manager to join its team in Italy and focus on supporting the Inspired schools across the country. The role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with schools and drive recruitment excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in an international company
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders
- Hands-on recruiter with experience sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver results under pressure
- Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel within Italy as required
