ITG is seeking a Campaign Manager (Maternity Cover) to deliver award-winning email marketing campaigns in a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing campaigns and technology, and be able to work collaboratively with the Studio, eCRM Production, and Client Services team.
Requirements
- Proactively liaise with the Account team for the client and solve client issues as needed
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects from initial concept to deployment
- Day-to-day customer relationship management internal and clients directly
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department
- Ensure all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign
- Understand creative and technical components of online marketing
- Experience with CRM processing, and systems is required
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal
- Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
