VP Security, IT & AI Enablement

Inspiren is seeking a VP Security, IT & AI Enablement to lead their security posture and internal systems. The role involves defining security strategy, owning risk management and compliance, and representing security and trust at the executive level. The successful candidate will have experience in security leadership, AI adoption, and building and leading teams.

Requirements

• Owned security outcomes at a growth-stage tech company
• Defined security direction across cloud, product, data, and corporate environments
• Led compliance and trust work in regulated environments, including HIPAA and SOC 2
• Used AI daily in their own work and has driven meaningful AI adoption across a company
• Owned security incident response, risk management, and executive-level security decision making
• Built or evolved a security function in a scaling company, and ideally had exposure to IT as part of that scope
• Built and led teams, including hiring senior ICs and directors
